Renato Brandão has been working for more than 15 years with restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, capital markets, corporate, banking, finance and corporate governance. He has assisted several clients in cross-border and domestic mergers & acquisitions, including negotiation , due diligence and debt restructuring. He also advises on the formation and structuring of business entities and startups, corporate governance, foreign investments and contracts.Renato has been involved with companies from various sectors such as agribusiness, medical and pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverages, entertainment, IT and logistics. He assists companies of the automotive sector, including Volvo Car Corporation over the last few years.
